I am 5 foot tall. We have 9 foot ceilings and my husband put the cabinets a little taller than normal and also our closet rods. This little step is perfect to reach that one foot. It looks nice too, so it doesn’t take away from the room. Sturdy and doesn’t move around when I’m on it.

Not easy to put together but not impossible. Keep in mind it's male instructions so some steps are missing. Too, the diagram for washers, nuts, bolts etc. are the size of the dot on your i, so get out your magnifier.
