Really good LED, So many colors which makes this a great buy for its price. Will let you know if it dies out in less than a year.

The BOJACK 10 Colors 400 pcs 3mm LED Diode Lights Kit is exactly as described and a superb choice for anyone into modding. I used these LEDs for a light mod on a GameCube and its controller, and they were perfect for the job. The LEDs are bright and really bring the mods to life, adding a dynamic visual appeal to the gaming setup. Each color in the assortment works great, offering plenty of options for customization. Whether you're looking to add some flair to your devices or need reliable, vibrant LEDs for any project, this kit delivers. The quality and performance of these diodes make them a fantastic purchase for hobbyists and modders alike.

Most of the LEDs are quite bright. The green is an exceptionally bright green (and a trued green too, about 520nm). Even with a 10K series resistor (200uA) from 5V, the green will produce a good brightness as an indicator light. Blue and white are also very bright. Red, yellow, pink and orange are fairly bright. The Yellow-green is quite dull and needs about 10mA to be usable. The purple/UV seems dull to the eye but I didn't test it's UV capabilities. The LEDs seem to be point source (clear case) but some appear to have a little diffusion to them which makes them somewhat visible off axis.As for the packaging, while the case is handy, you have to be really careful not to mix them up (they all look exactly the same regardless of color). I am also not real keen on the 3V LEDs being in plastic since they are more static sensitive. I will probably move them to anti-static bags for that reason and to not allow them to get intermixed. Also note that these are all the short lead version (about an inch), for most that won't matter but if you need the long lead type, this won't work.In the end, I am glad I purchased this. The pink (magenta-ish) is a color I didn't have so it gives me one more indicator option.

I used these to put static lights into a keyboard that had dying backlights. I used over 100 of these (Varying colors) for each light in the keyboard and for the most part they look really good. Some of the colors are rated at lower intensities, but they really aren't bright at all. The purple and lime green are two that barely seem to light up at all and they are hard to see in a lit room. The rest of the main colors including pink all glow very bright so I mostly used those.I attached a picture of the keyboard, but keep in mind the colors don't look exactly the same on camera.

I needed a few white, blue and red 3mm LEDs to add lights to a small-scale police car for a Christmas village. Well, 400 isn't a few but for just a few dollars, I have plenty for future projects. Having a clear body is useful to make these almost invisible until they are powered. The storage case is adequate - fairly thin plastic. The only downside is that the specifications are not listed on the storage container, but easily looked up online or simply printed out and taped to the container. I typically power my LEDs in these kind of projects with USB power and almost any low value resistor (220 - 1K ohms) works fine to limit the current.

Bought these to repair a Christmas Santa toy. Worked perfectly. Nice selection of colors, clearly marked. Worked as expected.

So far each has worked flawlessly. These are extremely bright and colorful. I would certainly recommend if that’s what you are looking for. As others have said though all colors are clear so if you mix them up you won’t be able to tell them apart. If you don’t want anything super bright, then look for diffused LEDs.

They are 10 colours but the quality of some colours is poor. Green is bright, chartreuse is just a pinprick, yellow and red are dimmer than you would expect from these common colours and so on. Good for playing with but can't be used as indicators in any sort of professional repair.
