I never thought I would get excited about a toilet handle; but, this is the best you can get. Trust when they say it is all metal construction. No plastic anywhere on this. It is a solid metal, piece of art that works flawlessly. Great metal construction and engineering craftsmanship. It works flawlessly and is very easy to install. It costs a little more; but, is worth a lot more.

I ordered a new product but was sent one that had been opened bags that contained items were torn and items where laying loose inside box. Regular tape was used to tape the box and boxing tape was cut. Looks like everything thing is here but I hope i didn't buy used and charged for new which is what I paid for new.

The old plastic flush lever was getting sloppy. After only 43 years! Most of the levers on the market are the same or cheezier. This one stood out for the brass inner arm and stainless steel chain, apparently all metal build. Yup, the handle and its bezel are heavy metal; probably Zinc which is fine, under heavy Chrome. There's no instructions but the only tricky bit (ALL toilet handles) is the bezel nut turns "backward" (so it does not unscrew itself little by little).My wife noticed right away. It looks great and it flushed smoothly.I'm happy!

Was looking for something all metal and stumbled upon this one. Decided to give it a try and liking it so far. Old school look if that's your thing. Only complaint is no instructions but easy to figure out. I had to use all the included rubber washers to keep it tight.

This toilet handle completely changed the game. Gladly replaced the cheap plastic handle that needed extended holding, repeated flushing and jiggling to make it happen. This handle looks incredible and functions just as impressively. Great value for the price!

What's there to say... Our toilet handle broke. This one did the job. It does feel heavy and high end. 10/10 would recommend.
