Super easy installation, looks like the factory part, but this design adds a nice lift chain notch that makes lift chain adjustments easy and quick. It is a plastic arm but that is a good thing, in my opinion, as the factory lever was metal and had weakened and flexed, changing the flush height, thus the reason for replacement. Price seems a little high for what it is but it makes the Kohler toilet again flush like new with the easy flush chain length adjustment. One simple flip of the handle and your business is done!!

I had to cut the arm an inch approx, as it was long for my toilet. Easy to do, it works well.

Although supposed to be suitable for replacement this handle did not fit my Kohler model K3323 side mounted toilet as advertised. I had to modify the plastic adjustment rod for it to fit into the tank. This was accomplished by heating with a flame at the bend and making the necessary adjustment for it to fit properly inside. Without the adjustment the lever would not clear the front of the tank therefore not allowing it to operate properly. In addition, the mounting and adjustment nut that came with repair kit would not allow the rod to be properly tightened because the side of the nut would not clear the back of the tank. To fix this problem I shaved the plastic nut with a small electric grinder just enough for it clear the back of the unit in order to allow it to be tighten and seated to the unit properly Note that this was my second attempt to repair the unit as I broke the plastic rod during my first attempt (so I can't get a defect replacement or refund). Also note, I had no other choice but to use this particular kit if I wanted the original brass lever. Also note that their was not means possible to remove and install the trip lever on a suitable metal replacement rod like the one that came with the original unit. I don't want to sound like I would not recommend Kohler plumbing supplies since I have used them very successfully for many years. I am only recommending that you not purchase the product unless you know it will fit your unit. For the S30+ cost it should have been able to be installed without any problem such as those I experienced. In short I ending up spending over $60, and a couple of hours making adjustments, for this fix that should have taken no longer than 10 minutes.

I had a difficult time finding a flush handle for an older Kohler toilet..this particular handle appeared to be the correct one. It is plastic....The bend on the extended chain hook rod is was not angled far enough for it to clear the side of the tank when flushed. I used a heat gun (hair dryer would probably work) to slowly warm the bend and gently reduced the angle slightly. Works great now!!! I don't think the average consumer would know how to do this, so, hope this helps. I couldn't figure out how to put a photo into this review.....my phone pic is always too large.

Ad tries to imply it's a Kohler or that it's a Kohler replacement. It's just a cheap generic one. No biggie but needs to be said. Item came quickly and was able to make it work. My handle is on the left hand side and with this handle I have to turn the handle around where you press the handle on the back to flush. Which is backwards but works.

Broke after a few month use. Snapped and the lever handle. Was an odd design and now I need a new one.

The product scrapes on inside of tank because lever arm is the wrong shape. With a heat gun I was able to bend it to make it work, but this should not be needed.

This was listed as a Kohler product, and not only was it not, it didn't fit the Kohler. You can get essentially the same item from Home Depot which is a marketed as a generic side mount handle for less than half of this. Don't waste your time.
