I have wanted one of these Mops for months. I love the Bona hard surface cleaner. I've been using the cleaner with a different mop. It works fine but I have to keep wringing it out and rinsing it. This would have made things a lot easier. I watched a couple videos on how to put the new Mop together. Seemed simple enough. So everything goes together fine but the joint between the top handle and middle one would not slide together. I noticed there was a mark around the connection hole. My husband checked it out with a flashlight and the joint is rusted as far as he was able to see. That is what I was seeing too .Then I realized the mop had not come in the same box that was being shown on the video. It came in a brown cardboard box that was plain with no directions and was taped down the length and the ends were taped down all the way around. This dealer had to know that he was sending out a Mop that had already been returned by a different buyer. I think that is a rotten thing to do. Now I have to tape this thing together and send it back. There again, I certainly will not buy anything from him again, I will go to a hardware store to buy.After I wrote this the company called me and listened to what was wrong and agreed with me. They acknowledged it wasn't working correctly. Within 3 days a brand new mop arrived on my doorstep. Wow! That's taking good care of your customer. It was easy to put together and I like it very much. If there is a spill I just grab it and it's taken care of in no time. I like this brand.

It works great but I had trouble putting it together. When mopping where it is wet it does not slide well and took strength to mop but I really like how deeply cleaning it is! This mop will make me stronger LOL!

I love this mop so far. Everything works well and I am happy with the design and weight. I would recommend this to anyone who is annoyed with their typical mop and bucket

I got tired of the mop and bucket and moved up to the 21st century. No problem putting this Spray mop together using the written directions. Use the multi-surface Bona floor cleaner on our tile floors and it cleans very well, no streaks. The spray mop is light-weight, easy to use including for needed touch-ups for food/ liquid spills. Spray trigger and sprayer provide a nice amount of cleaner mist during cleaning. I purchased 3 extra mop cleaning pads. I wash them separately and the pads wash up great. Good price for this kit. Would I purchase again? You bet! Saves my back because it is lightweight and portable.

It makes for quick floor cleaning and I imagine I’ll clean my floors more often now. Instead of needing to fill an entire mop bucket, I can clean up minor spills right away.My only complaint is that this was advertised to come with 2 ounces concentrate but it only had 1 ounce.

I am so disappointed in this. I know thay are a good company but the product was unusable. I will order a different style that is made better. I was unable to use it.

This "mop" is an excellent way for us to clean our vinyl laminate floors. It cleans very well. No streaks and it is very easy to use. The pad does a good job picking up dirt etc. It doesn't take a lot of the solution. We bought extra pads so we will have a clean one all the time. I hated the "Swi****rs*. They were expensive and didn't leave the floor looking clean and the pads had to be replaced way too much. This new mop will save us money and will be easier to use.The one thing I wish it had was a ring at the end of the handle so we could hang it up in between uses. I don't like the idea of leaving it on the floor with a wet pad so the pad will have to be removed each time we need to put it away.

This product did not arrive when it was supposed to. In the meantime I found the mop at a local store for 1/2 the price. The only difference was this one has a telescopic extension. Sorry not worth the extra 35$. I returned it because it was late… but felt ok about that decision because of price!
