Great product, easy to use & not noisy at all.Excellent shred size and bin. Just not easy to use a bag or liner in the bin. Provides fantastic security for those looking for shredding into small particles. Not as small as P6 or GSA military approved but who is dealing with that at home & in an unsecured location anyway?

This shredder is great. It is very quiet and it comes with wheels so it is easy to move. We got this to replace our old one. I wish we had bought this sooner. The bin for the shredded paper is big and holds a lot. Great value for the money.

After owning this shedder for over two years I can say it has performed excellently. I have had zero issues with it and most importantly it has remained as silent as it was on the first day I used it. I will absolutely purchase this brand again the future.

When our older shredder finally bit the dust, we ordered this one. It is the perfect size for our home office, you can put a 13-gal. plastic bag in it making it easier to empty, and it is so quiet to run, unlike our previous one. It shreds with a great cross cut.

i am disappointed i have just started using the shredder and it has already stopped working. it have a massive paper jamb. And now i do no know what to do. please help.

I would highly recommend this shredder! It shreds as advertised. I've placed unopened envelopes with folded pages of paper inside. It even shreds those not so real plastic credit card looking cards you get in some advertisements. When shredding, the machine is really quiet. The cat doesn't even run away while it's operating. Be sure to follow the manufacturers instructions by keeping it well oiled at the recommended intervals.

I've only had this shredder for about 9 months. It really looks nice in my office. Of course at first it worked great. Then about 6 months in it started with the overload flashing light. I would turn it on and only put one sheet of paper in and it immediately said it was jammed then you have to reverse it out turn it off turn it back on and when you tried it again it would work. Slowly over the last 3 months it's getting worse and more complicated to get it to work. Now when you turn it on put the paper in, says it's jammed, back it out, turn it off, turn it back on, you have to do that 3:00 or 4 times now before it will take a piece of paper. I do not recommend this shredder. I had an aurora for 6 years before I decided I wanted a larger shredder. The Aurora worked great every time. I thought this bouncing shredder looked really good in appearance and the reviews were good I thought. There are so many other shredders out there just pick a different one and save yourself a lot of trouble. This thing is heavy too when you're wanting to get rid of it.
