Good lab notebook. Also, very good for organizing projects and for organizing business ideas. Good quality of materials. Fairly new to using it, but it seems like it will last and retain notes well over time. Good solid binding.

The pages are thicker than the average notebook and the hardcover is very sturdy. I can easily write on both sides of the paper without any bleeding. I always spray my notebook with 100% ethanol before leaving the lab and it seems to hold up pretty well with no discoloration. I honestly could not have chosen a better lab notebook for my graduate research.

I am one of those folks that really has a hard time keeping my lab book up to date. Here are a few things I have done that seem to help (and they are relevant to this product as I will explain below).First, cheap comp books (in my opinion) have two flaws. Basically, they show no pride in what they are - this is your lab-book. It's worth a bit more than 99 cents. Second, comp books are nether numbered nor have table of contents. This will bite you - I promise!Hard bound is important - or at least a very thick card cover. Lab books see a good deal of abuse, and a flat binding you get in hardcover allows you to label the volume so you can see it on the self (comp books do not).Generic guidelines lines for lab books should be handy and read over on occasion. These books have them inside. Comp books do not.Length is important. It is personal preference, but some folks find fewer pages in a lab book less intimidating and finishing and starting a new lab book acts as a reset and mental reminder to not be lax about notes. Some folk prefer lab books with many pages so they do not have to refer to previous books for methods and what not.THIS PRODUCT:ProsIt has the table of contents, the pages are numbered, it is durable and hardbound, it has general lab book instruction inside, a flat back binding, and is printed on good paper. As to length, the same style is offered in different numbers of pages. It looks professional (far more than a comp book). Love it. Buying this as long as I remember going 20 years. Durable. Rigid, travel friendly. Excellent paper quality and enough pages to last over 1 year period for me at least. Index sheet also very helpful to organize key notes.

A questo prezzo è difficile trovare offerte migliori.Rimane aperto in qualsiasi pagina, la carta sembra di ottima fattura ed è molto spessa e resistente (si è pure bagnata con acqua ed alcol, ma ha resistito bene).Un pochino deluso dalle intestazioni (titolo, libro, pagina, ecc); sarebbe stato comodo che avesse degli spazi appositi per dire da quale pagina si continui e a quale pagina continui il testo, ma nulla di che.Nel complesso sono molto soddisfatto.

This is a lovely a4 lab book. Unfortunately, I will never be able to use it because all my labs have been stopped due to covid-19. However, it is a beautiful little keepsake for me to remember the time that I was almost a scientist until doomsday 2020. Will 100% make great toilet paper.
