I was a little hesitant about purchasing these but glad I did. These are way better than the protective pads in my Alpinestar jacket. The back pad alone from Alpinestar is $50+, this deal is way better and for the same price and quality you get way more. I fit these into my jacket nicely and have a greater peace of mind.

Was going to buy the Klim pads at a much higher price but decided to try these based on another review. They are slightly smaller than the Klim pads, but actually fit better in the Dakar jacket. I compared them with the pads from another Klim jacket I own. Realistically, I may never know if they're better or not unless I crash with both brands in my jacket. They're very similar though. I'm ok with that. Good value for what you get.

Since the foam protectors in Susan's jacket rotted over the years this set is a good upgrade. The shoulder and back pads fit perfectly out of the package, but with a little trim the elbow pads were made to fit. The material cuts easily with just a pair of scissors, so if you feel they're a little long based on the specs rest assured it's a simple matter to adjust.

A lot cheaper than the armour H-D offers, and it fit perfectly in my H-D Ovation Textile jacket. I've never used armour before, but this stuff seems flexible and lightweight. Shoulder, elbow and back armour all included.
