These are heavy duty and hold up really well. Kind of pricey but looks like they will be worth the cost.

The way these work is a locking clip holds the sanding disc and backing pad to the angle grinder. The the sanding disc's are about 3x the thickness of heavy cars stock, so they hold in place fine with just the clip, no adhesive or velcro needed!
