There is not much more to say about this except that it is identical to the base that ships with your Bosch palm router. I purchased this base as purely and additional base to be setup up on my threading jig. I did not want to have to set it up and then remove it every time I wanted to use by palm router. Now I use the palm router as normal and if I want to thread some dowels I can just slip the motor into the base housing and cut threads without having to set the jig up every time.

While the picture shows a black base, my original was clear and that is a perfect replacement. I have never used a black base, it could be better, but I'm happy with original.If ib ever find my old one, I bet I wouldn't even know which was which.

This Bosch Colt router base fits just as it should. I did not need to adjust anything. I bought 2 of them . One to mount a larger base plate on and another to replace one that had been dropped and is no longer flat. I waited until the price dropped below $20.00 each. I am happy with them both as well as the Colt router.

Decent base for fantastic router. Only week point is the screw used to tune the height. Over the time, it will wear down and become unreliable, possibly ruining your work piece by plunging router bit deep into it.My first base lasted about 5 years and router is still working great.

Purchased this to keep setup with edge trimmer. Works great and fits into the case that came with the Colt router. It makes shop life easier, not having to setup every time you need it.

Bought as a second base for my UK Bosch GKF 600. Fits and works great, going to be fitted into a router table in the near future, so I don’t have to keep taking my original base in and out.Very happy with price, packaging and delivery was quicker than estimated!Excellent ðŸ‘

I own the BOSCH Colt(tm) Variable speed Palm Router Kit #PR20EVSNK. I constructed a small router table top with a micro-adjust fence to use this router for small projects. I was trying to come up with a reasonable way to attach the router so that is was easy to remove and re-attach. This base is the perfect choice to leave attached to the table. It allows the easy removal for bit changes when using the table. I can still use my palm router free hand with the original base and then easily go to the router table and attach my router. The quality is extremely good with this product and and I am very happy with the whole kit. I would recommend this router to anyone that needs to route small projects or trim pieces. Excellent Tool!
