I bought this to replace my Bose Wave that no longer played CDs, and the parts were no longer available. I hated to pay $500 for a refurbished one, but Bose no longer makes these. What are we supposed to do with stacks of great CDs??? Anyway, I bought another brand's version of radio/CD player, but the sound quality was no comparison to Bose. The only complaint I have is the remote for this is clearly not the original, since it's black and the machine is white; but, it works so I'm living with it.

The Bose Wave radio was a major innovation in small package fidelity. My old model hit the wall a month or more ago. What to do? Find a rehab of course. Not my first thought. But this beauty does the job just as its older relative. Same deep sound, amazing bass. Thank you. I knocked a star off because I did not get a remote with the radio....not a killer but somehow a misunderstanding. The radio is easily tuned and managed with the on top controls.

Bose is always a good brand for sound systems, and this one is no exception. After buying a less-expensive CD player and being disappointed at its sound quality, I donated it to a resale shop and bought this model. I've had one like it for many years in my workshop, so I knew the quality of the sound was excellent, and well worth the money. I wasn't disappointed!

I own a Bose Wave Radio/CD and the CD player stopped working properly, so I decided to replace it with this refurbished one that was described as in "excellent condition". It had the same problem!! It should have been checked out more thoroughly, thereby saving me the trouble of having to return it

Perfect outside! Radio and cd play very well! The head for playing cd had to be cleaned to prevent skips

I love the idea of either listening to the radio or playing a lot of my c/d's. The Bose sound system is amazing. Great product of their's.
