It was perfect for what I needed and then some! I pushed it further than it was meant to and it held up every time! Just had to restart the vehicle to get it out of the safe mode! I had no complications with this what so ever, would reccommend!

It does the job as an amp for an off road vehicle we have. The plastic mounting holes broke within the first month so I drilled and re-mounted it to the metal part of the housing. It has been reliable after taking some harsh roads since the re-mount. It was a low price so I knew there might be some missgivings. I wired an on/off switch and just play my iPod through it. Simple amp, simple set-up.

Ive owned this amp for about four years so it is durable at least. I dont have to get into the details involving ohms(2-4), bridging or anything because the other guys reviews covered it pretty well. Fact is that its rated 1200w max output which means, in my mind, its continuously push 500-700w. This will push two inferior subs or subs 250-300 watts rms continuously. Maybe even 350w. I use this to push one Kicker compR cw122 thats 1000w max and 500w rms and it most definitively pushes that well. Nice clean bass, although I cant see it pushing two of the same woofers without issue. So all in all if u want a good sound and trunk rattle its good with less subs or 1 really good one. I have a ford explorer and it shakes half a block away or more.

The amp was an easy install; it doesn't come with any wiring if you didn't know that, but it powers my 10 inch sub with ease. Great for the price. Super fast shippingEdit: Would not suggest to anyone. Steve Meade did a test on this amplifer with his dyno and never came up with the rms ratings the manual described. Boss audio are liars I'll never buy from them again. If you have this amplifer I suggest buying a better brand so you don't clip your subs

This little sucker packs a punch. I bought it to finish off a friends system and I ended up keeping it for myself. The power rating is max however. RMS is quite a bit lower. Its still a beast for how big it is. Thinking i wil buy the next level up for a bit more power as my speakers will take 1500 RMS.
