Holy moly! This stuff works great. I thought I would give this stuff a try. As my normal cigarettes keep rising in price, I finally decided to switch to roll my own. (Besides, cigarettes are bad enough, eliminating the carpet glue (fsc) is a bonus!). Being a total newbie at this the first bag I purchased was a small bag. I wasn't 1/2 way through it and the tabacco was very dry and brittle. I almost threw it away. My son asks me why I dont try Boveda. He tells me a lot of people use it for keeping their green cigarettes fresh. I thought for $5 it was worth a try. I have no idea what RH I truly need. I just picked a number I liked. By the time I purchased it, I had already purchased a new bag of tabacco, but still had the older stuff. I decided to toss it in that for a couple days. I was absolutely amazed. The stuff actually came back to life a bit. I rolled up the last pack, and tossed it in my new bag. After rolling better than 3 cartons out of that bag, the tabacco is STILL fresh! I dont do anything special with it, except the boveda, and zip locking the bag.I did kinda expect it to last a bit longer, but after re-reading the description, I noticed they're only supposed to last for around 45 days. Today is day 45. It still has a bit of juice in it. Im not sure if it goes completely dry, or what. But the tabacco is still fresh, and has been open over 2 wks.I was shocked when it arrived. I expected something the size of a sugar packet. This stuff was as big as a wallet. I expected it to feel like a silica packet, and it felt like water in a paper bag. I was super concerned as I live in FL and the day it was delivered, we had a feels like temp over 100, and it was in the mailbox for a good few hours.Arrived on time, was really perplexed on how little packaging there was, as there was really no safe guards to keep it from getting popped or punctured. However, since neither of those occured, Im completely fine with the packaging.All in all a great investment. I save probably $15 buying the tabacco in a larger bag (16 oz vs 6 oz). (I save over $70 a wk rolling my own!) I even went camping for a week, had my tabacco and boveda with me, and it continued to keep my tabacco fresh. Its never felt wet, or dry, just the way it should feel when you first open the bag.I do want to get a couple smaller packs to go in the box I keep the rolled ones in, and 1 for my bitty bit of scooby snacks.Definately will buy again, and recommend to fellow rollers!I did not recieve any kind of compensation for my review, (but happily would!). My humidity meter says this packet is spot on. And with a well-sealed container it lasts a LONG time. I'm more than happy with this thing.

These work really good but had to drop down to a 65% as the 69% RH would sometimes spike into the 70s and thats not good for cigars. Boveda in airtight containers tend to overperform so with a 65% u can be between 65-69% in the safe zone.

Love the Boveda humidity control packs, they're the easiest way to keep my humidors at a perfect humidity based around temp & time of year. For my area and storage 69% packs work the best year round. I ordered 7 of these (to help maintain 5 of my humidors plus have 2 spare packs) but they were all sent in the same giant envelope with NOTHING to protect them from getting smashed or stacked on in transit! These things are easily crushed/opened if smashed/crushed/smashed/stepped on, yet they weren't shipped in a very good way AT ALL! I got lucky and nothing seemed to be morally wrong with them. But that's a huge problem that needs to be addressed ASAP! (Thus only the 4 out of 5 stars)

Nulla da dire .... ameno che non si voglia spendere di più per un sistema di controllo del umidità elettronico (cosa che in humidor piccoli è scomoda) i boveda rimangono il sistema migliore...

✅ Mejora bastante la durabilidad de tus productos✅ Les ayuda a recobrar esa humedad para que no terminen hechos polvo completamente💧 Cuidado con los % ya que este nivel de 69% deja un poco en exceso humedas las flores, nada que no se pueda arreglar con unos minutos al exterior pero si buscas ahorrar este paso mejor elegir uno con menos % de humedad✅ No afecta en absoluto el sabor

The brand speaks for itself. Every cigar lover knows Boveda. I love them, they have quality products and everything you need. I have been using this humidity gel bags for a while now, and I’m so happy with them, so easy to use. No need to deal with distilled water and soaking humidifiers.
