This is a great training tool for boxing and martial arts, or any speed reaction sport. The band stretches to fit various heads and the ball can be tied on at whatever length you want. It came with an extra string if needed.

This is great for exercise. It fit perfectly on my head but it's very stretchy to fit to the size of the head. Price is very fair for this product.
