I use this to strengthen my arms. Good exercise tool. I took advice from a review about the length of the string. It worked for me I had put the ball at my navel pulled the string to my forehead and tied it. Takes a little adjusting yet it worked

Well, I’m 65 and enjoying this. I box as well as slap the ball, as it is easier. The soft balls don’t hurt if they hit you. I was worried buying a knock off, but so far so good. One star deducted because the elastics need to be tied to the loop holder and work themselves loose. I don’t want to tighten the elastic too tight asi want to be able to adjust the length depending on the person who is going to use. For the price, I definitely recommend this product.

I have always thought these boxing headbands like this option from brand KANGHUANG were actually quite silly looking, but a boxing and fitness friend of mine swore by them and told me it would really improve my routine, so I decided to give it a try.I was surprised to find that the quality of the bands is thick and colourful and fit like a glove. Speaking of gloves, the package comes with two pairs of simulated boxing gloves made of basic cloth but that keep your hands protected against the roundabout of balls swinging around your way. It was a nice accessory addition that I am glad the brand decided to consider. There are also 4 differently coloured balls designed to look sort of like golf balls, but are made of soft, yet weighted foam; enough to swing properly and create a solid contact.I found it very surprising just how much of a workout this boxing reflex ball thing can really offer. I was sweating by the time I had finished my first few sets of reps. Overall, I think I understand now what the fuss was about from my friend, and will practice more with this set from now on. A complete package, 5 stars.
