Works perfectly routing a cavity in a Stratocaster. My only complaint is that on one end there is a small lip that I had to file down to fit flush against my guitar body. Overall great dimensions for modding a guitar and works like it should. Make sure to order 9v wire leads as it does not come with any and is just the box.

These are cheap little 9v battery compartments, nothing fancy. they do not come with the battery pigtail. They are a little tight where it is inserted from the back, so a hard connector will definitely not fit even if the dimensions of the space would allow for it.

You'll still need the T style 9v clips but this is a decent box. Shouldn't be much of a problem with these.

this battery holder doesn't work the way it should be, you can't fit a battery inside along with the 9v connector or if you try to connect it you have to place the battery inside, open bigger holes and plug the connector from the outside if you want to swap the battery you have to desmount the battery holder so you can swap it
