Is that a thing? Can a trash can be beautiful? This one certainly is. The powder blue is perfect and I love that it is a cylinder. Super sleek in our kitchen. The lid mechanism is very sturdy and I love the trash bags sent with the can.

This was delivered with a dented lid. I like it a lot, but this was disappointing. Amazon said I could return it, but I am not lugging a huge garbage can into a Whole Foods or Fresh store to return it. I kept it, and it looks great aside from that. Much nicer than your average trash can. Recommend useing the OEM bags - they really do fit perfectly, better than anything else, although they are pricey. Recommended. Knocked one star off for the dent.

I had previously bought a simple human garbage can of the exact same size, and what I thought was similar make up.However, this garbage can by Brabantia Does not come even close to the quality of simple human.The mechanics are plastic, and after two months of use the lid does not properly close onto the top of it. The bags that are.â€Perfect fit“ are susceptible to ripping And not nearly the quality of simple human.The plastic foot pedal mechanics I’m going to give a three star rating because they have lasted this long, though I must admit, I do not put much Faith in their construction.Do yourself a favor and don’t be swayed by the fun color combination and cheap price of this garbage can. Find yourself simple human or a fancier alternative. This one is garbage.

Oh my goodness, we are so chuffed with this bin. We had always purchased cheap bins in the past and always instantly regretted it. So, this time we decided to purchase a more expensive, higher quality bin. Now, I realise that theis is just a bin..... You throw your rubbish in it. But, it is a top quality bin. The design, shape and colour is lovely and the actual stability of the body is strong, sturdy and so easy to use. The foot pedal actually feels substantial and stable which hopefully that means it won't break after 100 uses. It's super easy to clean, the size and shape is perfect for our kitchen and all in all we are delighted with it. The lid opens smoothly with a soft closure. The bin arrived perfectly and we had great service from Barbantia. Super happy with this bin and I'd highly recommend to anyone to buy a better quality bin.
