So it did work. My issue is the socket(m) to plug(f) where it's mounted to car, not electrically connected was too long on my 2010 Dodge Caravan SXT 3.3L. I shaved the end and it work. Another solution as well would of been to remove the plastic clip where it mounts on new device and replace on the old since that's what broke on mine.
