I recently got a septarian stone (it looks like a dragon egg) and was looking for a good way to display it. Lo and behold I randomly found this in my feed and it was exactly what I was looking for. It comes in a very small package, but it is super easy to put together. I got this for a sphere rose quarts and am in LOVE, it looks so cool! This unique display adds just the right amount of interest without being a distraction to whatever it is you're trying to display. It comes in two parts but don't fret, as long as you have a standard screw driver you can attach the base to the main piece in seconds. The two rods hold the gemstone firmly in place and it doesn't seem like it's going to tip over.

First of all, the Clearco Brass Sphere Holder has potential to look great displaying one’s prized artifact or stone. Once I assembled the holder, two things popped out as a potential issue. One more so than the other.First issue and the reason for only two stars, was that once assembled, the holder does not sit vertically and is canted off to the side (see my third photograph.) I believe this is due to the way the set screw, which is underneath the base, sinks into the soft wood filler (last picture, not solid brass as advertised.)Second, the base is very small. If you have a heavier item that extends more on one side than the other, I can see this stand falling over very easily.I want to like this stand but because of the above mentioned issues, I can not fully recommend this product to others.

This is a pretty little brass stand. It worked out well for my crystal globe. I love the antique craftsmanship and look of the stand. I would get another one if I needed it. Two thumbs up for this one.

Its pretty tiny. Looks bigger in the photos. The Brass finish also has some defects. The base is particle board with a thin brass plate around it. Its fairly inexpensive, so its probably still worth the money.
