Love our new Proofing baskets. I love baking sourdough breads and these work perfect. I have round and oval ones that are perfect for my cast iron Dutch ovens. I recommend having a brush to clean off any dough residue.

Nice product. I like the smaller size for my sourdough loaves because after cold proofing, the loaf stands taller when popping in oven.

The baskets are good quality, but they’re very tiny. Good for tiny bread, bowls, or large biscuits.
