The BreeRainz 12-Quart Pressure Cooker is fantastic; I just received it, and I can't get enough of it! The aluminum construction makes it very portable, and the 12-quart capacity is ideal for canning or preparing large meals. I've used it for a few canning sessions now, and it works well with both little and large amounts.The directions were clear and the pressure control was straightforward to operate, even for someone unfamiliar with pressure cooking like myself. Thanks to its rapid heating and excellent pressure holding capabilities, a lot of time is spared. I also feel better about using it because of the safety features, such as the pressure release valve and locking lid.There is one little drawback, however; cleaning it may need a bit more work than usual due to the fact that food does seem to cling a bit. I believe it's a fantastic purchase, particularly if you want something with a large capacity, considering the pricing. In general, I am quite satisfied!

You will love this pressure cooker, it cooks all kinds of food super fast, has a large capacity that makes you choose it to cook for occasions where there are large numbers of people and you want to save time.

I did not like that is only holds 5 quarts when canning, my old 12 quart canner held 7. Also had 3 pressures on gauge and only 1 here which I believe is 10.

I liked this product overall, it’s easy to use and convenient to carry. However, I did encounter a minor issue where one of the nuts wouldn’t secure properly to the arm of the pot. Aside from that, it works well and serves its purpose effectively.
