It's a small, simple device. You can turn off the disco lights, and turn it down to quiet. But, the proof is in the pudding. It takes water out of the air. In North Carolina's subtropical (going tropical) climate, the summers are like a 6-month-long 24-hour-per-day steam bath. These are actually helping keep the humidity down beyond what the A/C systems can extract. It keeps dust and allergens down. It makes the air feel cooler and more comfortable inside the house. In a big fancy house these would be out of place. But for plebeians, these are wonderful aids to the quality of the environment. The price is right; it's not a particularly fancy machine. It just works as intended, which easily justifies the price. It's easy to justify putting one in every room where you feel humidity during the summer.

It has an automatic shut off, has a light that works as a night light. And most importantly it really collect moisture.

If you’re thinking this isn’t rated for the room you want it in but it’ll work, size up. It’s very small. There’s also a small blue light on it that can’t be turned off so in a dark room it’s very visible. Still works good a year later though so can’t complain for what it is

After a few years of having a cold, damp, mold prone bathroom in winter (landlord will not put in a fan as it would cost a fortune in this old house) if *finally* dawned on me a dehumidifer might solve my winter problems when leaving the window open make it miserable. Well it solved it within an hour. What I LOVE about this little guy is it fits on top of the toilet tank (small bathroom). The light feature turns off with one button and you don't have to have light if you don't want it (I dont). The water tray pulls out and it takes a couple seconds to dump it and replace. Results may vary based on your space but this as completely changed the experience of my bathroom in winter and I'm so grateful.

I love this little dehumidifier. It works great for my bedroom! So much water is collected into that little basin. Now, it did stop working properly recently (i bought this in September 2024) and i contacted the seller. They were extremely fast with their response and super helpful.

For all the years I’ve been in FL, I have had dehumidifiers in almost every room running rear round. I live in a wood frame house, which pretty much acts like a big sponge, absorbing all the humidity from outside. A/c helps a lot during Summer, but when it finally cools down and it isn’t running all the time, the house still gets a fair amount of humidity inside. (It’s pretty much always pretty humid all the time 🙄.)I’ve been using the small Eva-Dry ones in each of the three bedrooms, a larger Letsport (no longer available, but I really like it) in the living room and a Frigidaire 50-pint one in the garage (you do everything you can to keep humidity down here, even in the garage). The Eva-Dry ones have always been slow to fill up, which when the a/c is running, can be understandable.I bought one of these for my one bedroom, which is my office, on the NE corner of the house. No direct sunlight comes into that room, and there’s lots of paper and such in there (a big project ahead)! Always has seemed a bit musty smelling, even with the Eva-Dry running 24/7.I put this one in yesterday, and 24 hours later I already have about an inch of water in it. Huge difference. I just bought another one, great BF deal, to replace another Eva-Dry in another bedroom. These are real “suckersâ€! I actually like the disco lights. For one, it’s nice to have a little light like that in that room…and it’s kinda fun. Might not be for everyone, but you apparently can turn it off. So far, very good at what it’s supposed to do.The other thing I like about this is not only does it consume a larger amount of water, though still compact in size, you can remove the water collection bin, take off the lid to empty it…and then clean it out. I cannot do that with the Eva-Dry units; there’s no lid that pops off of the water collection bin, and as a result over time the water collection bin gets somewhat icky looking and spots of mold can accumulate. Yuk!

I reside in a basement level apartment with a larger dehumidifier slotted into a hallway wall. I stumbled upon this smaller, mobile unit after a long while of casually searching. I needed this specifically for my bedroom so that when I lay on my bed my blankets and pillows aren't uncomfortably damp all night long. So far this has pulled and collected an amazing amount of moisture from my bedding and carpeting in my bedroom. It is super quiet with an even quieter night mode. The auto shut off's lowest time is 12hrs going all the way up to 48hrs. I've never gone past the 12hrs but the brick that plugs into the wall socket does tend to get a little warm to the touch, understandably. I'm not bothered by the blue lights on top as I don't sleep in total darkness. I don't often use the colored lighting effect - you can choose to have it changing constantly, stop it on a specific color of shut that lighting off altogether. I have let it collect a few cups worth of water and used that to water my plants but I have never let it get full enough to test the auto shut off by fill level. It takes some time to remove the dampness from my bedding when I come home from work but I'm so happy to have something to remove that gross feeling, even if takes a few hours. My only small complaint is that it can be annoying trying to raise the handle atop the unit as there is no designated spot or notch to lift it easily. The handle lays flush with the top of the machine so I have to get a fingernail into a sliver of space to be able to raise the handle for moving the dehumidifier. Small design issue there but I'm really so happy that I purchased this. With the amount of water it has collected, how quiet it is, how nice it looks, how much better I feel laying on my bed and the recent sale price - I feel like I got a great deal on this! Great! I hope it can keep up with all of this summer humidity for at least a couple years!

Love this cute little dehumidifier. It was a little late but found its way home. It really works. Thank you.

The product is not good enough it barely collects water. I have another bigger machine from another brand and the difference between both is huge in terms of performance and quality.

Tried using this in a 40 Sq ft closed room. No effect even after hours.
