I had a Brio bottom load that was very loud. I bought this for the touch and touch less features and am very happy with it. It's much quieter and the touch less works very well......in fact don't stand in front of it or it may start pouring water.When water runs out it will run a minute or 2 before it shuts off and lets you know it needs to be changed. The former Brio ran for a good 5 minutes.It looks very sleek and even though the water doesn't pour out real fast, it's not bad at all. If power goes out it will of course not work unlike other units with a hard physical push button.The water will have an odd taste when you first get because it's new. I found running the ozone cleaning feature helps as does running an entire 5 gl bottle through it. Taste improved after a couple days.I saw one review mention biofilm. If you use clean filtered water this should not be an issue at all. If you don't then of course you're going to see poor quality water. Don't use tap water in your bottles.Another good thing about the dispenser is the metal probe unlike other units that use plastic.

I have a bad back and live alone so lifting water jugs was getting really hard. I live in a place where the water is completely undrinkable (and at times salinated 🤢) so even my pets drink bottled water. Bottled water is a necessity not necessarily a luxury.I’m glad I got this, it’s super easy to use and it’s pretty fancy. I’m partial to room temp water so I’m glad that’s one of the options. I didn’t realize the “touch less†part was only for cold water, however. Slightly annoying. Also, the hands free dispensing requires you to angle your hand in the right way over the sensor and hold it there until it’s done filling…kinda like a button…It’s funny though bc if I just pass my hand in front of it by accident, it will start dispensing because of course it does. 😂It’s sleek looking and unobtrusive. I love the night light feature, too. Be aware that if you use a liter bottle (mine are Bkr) you have to angle the bottle under the spout bc it won’t fit under. Not a big deal, though, bc it still fills it fine.Overall, worth the money. It’s a nice machine and it does what it’s supposed to. I will update in a few months once I’ve had it for longer.

Easy to set up works well but wasn’t crazy about not having a light to see how full my tumble is and the spout isn’t high enough to clear the tumbler when removed from the water overflow tray. You have to tip the container after filling it and sometimes it spills a little when ya pull out.

Never though I'd give 5 stars but so far on this I will. Arrived on time, no damage, instructions are good and works great. It's supper quiet! I barely even know it's on. After reading tons of reviews and researching. This was more expensive than all the others but completely worth it in my view. Beautiful modern looking unit and operates flawlessly! Nicely done.

When I first bought this water dispenser, I was excited about it. However, later, I found out that it was pouring out some white-like fumes from the part that goes into the water gallon. I was disappointed and quickly contacted the company to return. They were able to work with me. They reimbursed me for this product and made me keep it. It is currently sitting in my storage unit and hasn't been used in for a year. I rated a 3 start because I never used it and was disappointed for trying to go for fancy stuff and didn't turn out how I had anticipated.

It's great! From the color to how it works, I love it. It's easy to carry and install. The handle on the back makes it easy to carry. I havent experience any leakage and installing new waters are a breeze. The touchless senor is a little sensitive, but other then that it's a great product. No problems so far. I had this for a little over a year now and it still works great!
