This is a great product and will be a nice addition to your Brio railway play set. The gates automatically close when the train passes by adding a fun dimension to play time.

The engine magnet is not quite strong enough to really raise and lower the gate automatically. You have to move it yourself. Although it does not work as I expected, it is still OK. Written by my 8 year old grandson.

We all know how expensive trains peices can be but this was well worth the money. My grandson loves it. The wood is thick and the lifts are made of a thick plastic. It will last a lifetime

He loved it! Ripped the packaging off and quickly added the crossing to his most recent set up. He ran to get his cars to line up so they can wait for the train to go by.My niece played with Brio Trains when she was his age and had so much fun. Now she gets to share her love of Brio trains and all the possible adventures.

Our grandson loves this. I'm surprised Grandpa let him have it for his train set. Grandpa found another one for the second grandson. Brio is the best toy because it is well made, uses quality materials, and is more readily available than when we purchased Brio for our sons over 30 years ago. Our grandson gets to use his imagination so that he enjoys playing by himself, and he loves showing his parents and his grandparents that he can set up the track by himself and arrange it any way he wants to. Brio is a superior toy for children, and it doesn't need batteries or electricity. A win win.

Pensaba que era a pilas, por la diferencia de precio respecto a la otra valla de la misma marca. Pero lo que le hace diferente es que si las vallas estan levantadas, cuando el tren pasa, al rozarlas, estas se bajan automaticamente. Muy cómodas para el niño, que no las tiene que accionar el, como pasa con otras. Además esteticamente muy bonitas y apenas pesan. Facil de manipular
