After I had the unit installed, the motor does not stop even when the hose is disconnected. I tried to get technical help from the manufacturer Nutone Braun company. They said they don’t support the product anymore and they referred me to some other company. After repeated attempts I couldn’t get any help, so I got disgusted and returned the product to Amazon . I’m sorry I had this product for the last 25 years and it worked fine. That’s why I ordered the same thing. But they told me they sold the product to some other company and they have nothing to do with maintaining or technical support. I think Amazon has to look into this, not going to support the product. I don’t think they should promote this.
