I bought this unit thru amazon 2 years ago. The product works great but you CANNOT get factory support. I had a simple problem with a plastic slip-ring that allows the hose to attach (and twist) with the hand piece. After 10-20 tries, amazon cant help and you can't speak with the rep for the product so I have electrical tape holding the hose to the handpiece. its a PITA $2.00 part i think you would be fine with the vac but not with the accessories because they dont support the accessory pack
