I enjoy making "egg creams" and have done so for many years (was a tradition growing up) I only use Fox's U Bet Syrups which for me are the very best. Look for these syrups in the kosher aisle of your supermarket if not with the other syrup brands. If you can't find them, order off the internet (chocolate, strawberry, vanilla, and black cherry). I only used to use the ISI soda chargers, but I decided to find a less expensive alternative and I found the Mosa CO2 Soda Chargers to be absolutely acceptable for my taste and no problem fitting in my .85Lt. soda dispenser. To a tall glass add the syrup of your choice, add milk 1/3 to 1/2 and fill to top with the seltzer while stirring briskly. Adjust syrup, milk, and seltzer amounts according to your taste, but Fox's U Bet syrups are a must as far as I am concerned. This is a real treat. You can always add your favorite ice cream if you want to make it an ice cream soda on occasion. I also found drinking it just as pIain seltzer to be refreshing and well carbonated as well. Much better than bottled seltzer from the supermarket soda aisle. I also tried "Mr Fizz" Seltzer Chargers by Leland Gas Technologies and found them equally acceptable and less expensive than the ISI brand for a box of 10 8Gm cartridges.

I purchased these "Mosa" brand CO2 cartridges as a cheaper alternative to the iSi cartridges for my iSi Twist & Sparkle. Unfortunately, the sizes of these cartridges are just slightly bigger/differently shaped than the original iSi cartridges, making them tough and/or impossible to fit into the wand of the iSi Twist & Sparkle. I was able to squeeze 2 of the 10 "Mosa" cartridges into the wand and those worked well in terms of carbonating my beverages (no noticeable difference in carbonation between this brand and the iSi brand of cartridges). But the remaining 8 "Mosa" cartridges were too big to fit into the wand, so I ended up going back to the more expensive iSi cartridges.

Modern CO2 air guns that use disposable cartridges use 12 gram cylinders for the most part. The old Benjamin CO2 models such as the pistol models 250, 260, 267, 2600 and the rifle models 352 and 3030 used 8 gram cylinders. These are no longer manufactured by the common producers of CO2 cartridges for air guns but these soda chargers fit and function just fine in these fine old relics if the seals are still good. Unfortunately, it is rare to find one that has good seals, but if you contact the current manufacturer of the Benjamin brand they can direct you to repair stations that can restore the old relics. That, with these chargers can put your old Benjamin back in business.

I used these in my Beer Machine and they worked fine but I went through cartidges much faster with these than I did with my previous cartridges. For one batch of beer, I used 6 cartridges of the previous brand, I had to use the entire box of 10 for the same size batch of beer using these. They were cheaper though, so it might balance out from a cost perspective. I just don't like having to change the cartridge that often.

This is my fall back purchase because it is only 10 chargers, but they work well and the soda tastes good. Easy to use with any ISI soda maker that takes chargers.

Je suis malheureusement déçue, la description disait que c'était pour les siphons mais je ne pense pas.J'ai essayé une Chantilly que je fais tout le temps et elle était gazeuse, bulleuse.Je ne les reprendrais pas
