Update: I bought 2 of these controllers 1000w and a 2000w. I got an ammeter on the bike now. The 1000w is pushing 40 amps just like the 2000. I fried a 500w geared hub. I was using a 30 amp.This controller (2000 watt version) was to upgrade from a 26 to 30 amp controller I was using with a 60v battery 50amp continuous. I wish the listing stated the amps. Amps is important to list. You would think a 2000 watt controller would be 40-45a. This controller has 80 volt caps. I am using it without a display.

I have the 36V 800W model, it works good but no PAS or pedal assist, Its good and strong running my 700W motor, some wires are not labeled. The throttle is labeled as Turn Handle. and has both high and low braking but only one wire. Also it has 3 speeds. Note: without connecting up the three speed wires, it will run in the Medium Power mode. Final note: The Door Lock wire ( Red ) is the ignition wire, connect it to the Red Alarm Source wire or system power and a switch. Used this one a 3 wheel e-bike

got this to replace a working 36v controller on a cheapo phantomgogo clone escooter. i wanted a lifepo4 20ah battery on it as thats what the rest of the family uses on the ebikes.this upgrade made a powerful difference and was easy to install with the use of a handful on alligator clips to find the right wires.couldnt be happier.if the seller wants, they can reach out and i will upload a photo of the scooteredit controller failed after 37 miles.

This item was Dead on Arrival I didn't need their Chinese instructions I tried to hook up the little wire they were talking about that you could use as the switch to the big wire nothing but Sparks so I disconnect this kit and put it in the Box before it started a 🔥fire do not purchase this item buyer beware.
