This pan is light and easy to use- it has a low edge to make it easy to get the crepe or omelet out- The non-stick surface seems to be ok, but the first eggs I prepared stuck to the pan after I took out the majority of the omelet. That made it difficult to roll it up as the dges stuck. It washed clean, though- I suspect it will work better after a few uses. The loittle wooden tool isnt much use with omelets- maybe it will work better with a crepe. In any even the price is right and delivery was on time as scheduled

However, during high-heat cooking sessions, I noticed the pan's base became slightly bumpy, affecting its smooth cooking surface.While the granite coating promises even heat distribution and induction compatibility, this issue with the base's texture was a drawback for consistent cooking. Despite this, the included spreader was handy for crepe preparation, and the pan remained easy to clean.

This crepe pan does an excellent job of turning out terrific crepes. Even if I flub and don’t heat the pan sufficiently before adding the batter the crepe still comes out great - and no sticking! I’m hooked on crepes! I have to say, however, that I have not yet learned how to use the little wooden hoeing device. By the way, I use the recipe for crepes that is in the 17th edition of The Better Homes and Gardens Cookbook.

It bent very easily within a month of using. I don't know why, it wasn't mishandled or treated roughly. The pan seems bent in the middle so that eggs just slide to one side. I deeply regret buying it

I bought this pan at the request of my daughter. She wanted to make crepes for Christmas Eve breakfast. We have always used a regular frying pan to make our crepes in the past and have had a hard time turning them and not ripping them. This pan solved our problem beautifully. It is so easy to use. It has a nonstick coating, but we use butter as well, for extra insurance. The crepes cooked evenly and were very easy to turn. They looked professionally made. Clean up was a breeze as well. I would highly recommend this pan.
