Love this!! I include this twister as a part of my cardio workout. I've had a decrease in inches around my waist area. It's small, easy to store, and great to use in front of the TV. You don't realize you're working out after a while!!!

This fitness twister will hold 250 lbs; however, if you have big feet (I wear size 10), this may not be a product for you. When I received it, I tried it out and it was kind of easy to twist. I tried it again on a later date and I had the same result. I came to the conclusion that my feet were too big. The material feels like plastic. It did not break when I stood on it. I was expecting the material to be harder than what it is. For the price point, it was ok. I think I'm going to continue my search for a waist twister as I think it could be fun once I find the right one.

pad is way too small to stand on. I wear a size 10 shoe and am 150 lbs.
