Don't skip Burn Rotator Day, bro.Whoa - this thing is a BEAST! I'd been watching TikToks and Youtube videos about these rotator machines for some time, but never jumped on one until now. And I'm SO glad I did. Well...maybe once I stop being so sore I'll be glad I did, I mean. This is a really solidly fabricated piece of workout equipment. I've seen some that are hollow, or made of some odd combination of metal and plastic. This rotator is solid electroplated stainless steel. And you can tell, because it weighs a lot. The product page is a little messy and lists it as both 10.6 lbs and 12 lbs. I swear it weighs even more. But it's manageable. And it's supposed to be a tough workout, bro. Inside the box you will also receive a fairly good pair of wrist wrap lifting gloves. They're not the best I've owned, but they're perfect for use with this rotator since the palms are padded and they'll support your wrists during movement. The handles on the machine are purposely rough for traction and grip, so you will definitely need some protection. The mechanism is super smooth, regardless of which exercise you are attempting. The product page says to oil the hinge, but right out of the box it still worked. Some lubrication will definitely prevent that metal on metal feeling you get with a solid steel machine. And speaking of the box - there are no directions inside, so you will need to scope out some online videos if you're not familiar with this style of workout. For two round pieces of metal, you can really get a lot of muscles involved in movement. Shoulders, chest, forearms, biceps, wrists, lats, back. This thing is crazy and I love it. Highly recommend adding this beast to your workouts.

Great quality. Comes with a little card that shows 4 different workouts you can do with it but thet weren't very helpful at all, so I YouTubed different exercises. Easy to adjust retention levels, just wish it actually showed which one of the 5 retention levels it's on.

This is a much different workout device than I'm used to so I watched some YouTube videos to learn how to use it. The rotator can feel awkward the first few times you workout. My advice would be to go slow, learn the techniques and then increase your speed and levels of resistance. If you persist and use it until fatigued, you will feel the burn. Moving the device and your hands into different positions will work a number of muscle groups. In addition, increasing your speed will increase your heart rate and can provide a decent cardiovascular workout.I was unimpressed with the tension adjustment. It is basically a thumbscrew that tightens against something that increases friction and makes it somewhat more difficult to spin the wheels. While there are tension markings, for the thumbscrew, numbered 1 through 5+, I think they are meaningless as the calibration of tension is not precise. Most of the other rotators sold on Amazon have two carrying rings, circles or loops, on either side of the rotator. This one does not. This one provides fingerless gloves to protect your hands but I think they are flimsy and prefer full fingered workout gloves. These devices are fairly expensive with this one priced at the lower end; under $100 when this review was posted.I think these devices can provide a good workout and are a good addition to your home gym especially if you're looking for variety. I don't know that this one is the best, which is why I gave it 4 stars.

This burn rotator machine is extremely well-made! It's heavy duty , durable, and looks built to last. It can be used for all sorts of arm and shoulder exercises, and the adjustable resistance works quite well. The provided gloves are pretty stretchy and adjustable, so while they're labeled "XL", they would fit a variety of hand sizes. The gloves are comfortable and provide a bit of wrist support as well as keeping your hand from getting uncomfortable gripping the heavy-duty metal handles. This rotator machine has been a great addition to my workout routines.

Right out of the box, this forearm trainer exudes quality and durability. It’s also fairly heavy on its own which adds to the intensity of the workouts it provides. It has a nice finish and the etching in the grips is deep and sharp ensuring that it will never slip from even the sweatiest of hands. In fact, the grips have so much bight that they may be uncomfortable for those with soft or delicate skin; Hence, the kit includes a pair of workout gloves as well. The gloves are not much to speak of, and I imagine that anyone who needs gloves while using this device, will choose to use their own, but it’s nice that the set includes gloves as an option. I also like that the resistance can be adjusted but I find myself wishing that the maximum could be more intense. Don’t get me wrong, it does provide a challenge and the workouts do get intense, but I’ve already reached a point where the only knob that I have left to turn for more intensity is to increase the number of reps performed. Nevertheless, it is a fun and well-made product that provides unique ways to work your chest, arms and wrists.

This actually weighs closer to 20 pounds, but that's not a bad thing. It's heavy-duty, for sure, and I feel this more in my biceps and brachialis, than in my forearms. I like how you can rotate it in either direction, and it's a very smooth mechanism. Honestly, this is pricey, but it's worth checking out if you're trying to add some more dynamic training into your arm routine.

All in all you can burn-out your shoulder via training with this. So basic - so good. Furthermore the resistance-adjustment is not well made. In the easy modes the resistance is very uneven on the wheels. The heavier you spin, the more equal it gets. And it got worse the first 3 weeks i used it. So all in all I would not recommend this product to buy (again).
