It a really good twist bar. I just got a the wrong strength that I wanted. but the materials nice and I love the handles. I don't use the strap but they don't get in the way of the work out ether so I like it.

This is perfect for upper body exercises. I also showed my therapist. I learned a exercise for hip muscles. Bend bar like a upside down u. Place handles inside of knees. Push together. Keep your hands on both sides to keep control of it.

I fractured my ankle, and had surgery this past Monday… I am stuck on the couch! Typically I workout every single day… I purchased this due to it taking up a small amount of space and with the hopes that it can give me a decent upper body workout while on the couch.This tool is great! I bought the 22-25ish pound one.. and it is challenging enough to me (especially when I bend it while above my head).I would definitely recommend this! It’s smooth and seems durable.

I received my twister bar on time and it was exactly what it said It was. the rubber of the handles Did have an odor but I imagine this will soon leave or eventually kill me lol, All in all it was a Good purchase!

It’s not bad for the price. But my only concern is the grip handles are very smelly. After touching it, you’ll find that your hands smell so bad even you wash your hands right after. The smell is still there. Hopefully the bed smell of grip will go away soon.

For my more advanced age it gives you a good flex & strength work out with multiple reps. I ordered the medium strength one and now wish I'd order one level up (stronger) but it works well for me regardless, just need more reps. But the extra flexing is good for me too. A good price for a well made product!
