Not sure why Amazon says these are returned frequently. We are installing our own kitchen cabinets and they are saving our lives and backs. They work perfectly, even for the little cabinets above the stove. Lots of reach, sturdy, stable. We bought a second set after we were so pleased with the first as some of our upper cabinets are large.

I've owned a few sets of these from other vendors. Some got lost, and some walked away on their own. I was in a pinch and needed a set fast, so I ordered these. These were exactly the same quality as the more expensive ones I've had. I was very happy with this purchase and would definitely buy these again.
