I bought these and a fiber cable to connect the SFP ports on two switches and they worked perfectly.

I use this adapter to connect a 30m LC fiber connection between a remote transceiver and a Ubiquiti UniFi switch SFP port. The adapter was just "plug and go" and the link works at the full 1Gb rate. There is not much more to add until it has been in service long enough to comment on its reliability. But so far there are no signs of trouble.

The other side is a generic fiber to copper converter and there have been no compatibility or transmit/receive issues.

This transceiver works flawlessly in a Cisco 3850 switch and a 5508 WLC. So, the odds are pretty good of it working in whatever Cisco gear you've got..

There were an awesome price and super easy to use. I just plugged them into my TP-Link switches and connected up the fiber - VIOLA'! They worked like a charm! I only had a 3 ft. run between one and my core switch and a 15 ft. run between another switch and the core, but no issues what so ever. They just work!

After the confusion in the question section, I just wanted to post my results. I used a 3m OM2 50/125um LC to LC patch cable from BeyondTech. It worked instantly; the network recognized the connection and away I went. I used this to connect a new HPE server with SFP+ ports to a Cisco network switch with SFP port (non-plus). Pay attention that I plugged in this SFP device into an SFP+ port and it operated at the 1gb connection speed. Windows update ran fine on Server 2019 without hiccups or disconnections of any kind.I have not done any long term tests but I doubt I should run into any compatibility problems. I cannot answer how long this device is going to last. All I can say is that it works fine with an OM2 cable @ 50/125um. If there are any issues in the future then I will update this review.
