I had previously bought a shorter phone lanyard, same company. So the part inside the phone case is the same. That one has a strap about 1/2 inch wide with a slide adjustment to make it longer or shorter. The great thing about this one different from the first one is that it can be adjusted down long enough to actually fit in my pocket out of the way rather than flopping around on my neck. Also can be worn crossbody. This one has a cord which I initially thought was a nuisance because the ends of the cord dangle, instead of just sliding back and forth like most any neck strap does. But I see that they could be shortened if I was sure that I would never want it longer. By pulling the ends, this can be adjusted as close to my face as I want, to just tuck inside a coat or even a life preserver. I am forever losing my phone either in the house, or if I am working and going between multiple buildings- put phone down for a second- and poof! I can’t find it. Having it around my neck is a game changer.

I recently bought this product for me and my girlfriend because we got sick of dropping our phones when we go out on walks/runs with our dog. Not only has it saved both our phones from falling then, but recently at concerts we have been to. The lanyard is made of soft, adjustable material that fits comfortable around your neck. It is secure and easy to use, with a clever design that allows you to access all your phone's ports and buttons.I was able to jump around without my phone falling and getting lost in the crowd. The lanyard kept my phone safe and within reach at all times.Highly recommend.Great value for the price.

Lifesaver! Comfortable, durable, and incredibly useful—even for everyday use. The only drawback is that it’s not very seamless with all the strings hanging in the back, but it’s a minor issue since I still use it regularly, even after my travels. Switching out the shorter lanyard is super easy. One of the metal tips did fall off, but honestly, it was an unnecessary addition to the product.

I purchased this recently and was missing the phone tabs. Not sure if I threw out or if it wasn't in the package. When I contacted them, they promptly replaced them. Fennie, in their customer service department, was excellent...answered my emails promptly, was very efficient and professional.

I love the color. I love the chrome details. I love the length. I love the way I can adjust the length. It’s being long! I’m six one & it fits crossbody style. I love the product. I also love the wrist strap - very useful. However, when charging my phone, I have to remove it from its case as the lanyards set up will not allow The charger to connect to my phone. I have an iPhone 15+. I won’t return the lanyard. It’s just that when I charge my phone, I have to remove it from its case. I know one day I’m going to drop my phone and hopefully won’t break it. I am searching for a new lanyard.Edit: Seller has excellent customer service. My experience was phenomenal.

I was in London last week, which is my favorite city in the world but they are struggling with phone thief’s. This product was compatible with my case (just look at the picture), and super easy to use only taking about 30 seconds to install. I was all over the city every day for a week and felt much more confident using the strap system. I preferred the short one for my wrist, but I can see how the longer one that goes around your neck would be useful too. This $10 purchase is well worth the piece of mind!
