CAFORO bed frame brackets adapter is the perfect for you if you’re making size modifications to your bed or changing the headboard/footboard. If you have a Full Size Bed Frame and
a Queen size Headboard or Footboard this pair of brackets will allow you to join the two together securely. You can attach both headboards and foot boards using these brackets.
Possible Uses:
- Using a Full (Double) Size Headboard/Footboard with a Queen Size Bed
- Using a California King Headboard/Footboard with an Eastern King Bed
- Making up small size differences between a standard bed frame and odd-size antiques
Dimension:
5" Wide x 5 1/4" Tall (Larger Side) x 3-7/8" Tall (Smaller Side), This size bracket is ideal for using your existing Full Size headboard with a larger Queen Size mattress or vice versa.
The Queen Modification Plate will also convert King to California King. Modifications can be made with other applications as long as the size differential is within 4".

This adapter was the perfect tool. I first purchased a queen size bed for my Grandmother, only to realize she had a full size mattress set. We loved the bed(headboard) so that I did not want to return it, and I just happened to discover these adapters...one of the best inventions that was ever made!!! They worked great and allowed us to be able to enjoy the bed we love.

This works for me. Ordered a new queen headboard to fit a queen frame. The headboard had a strange setup, so I purchased these plates. The work, but the bolts that come with the plates are quite flimsy. I purchased 1/4 inch, heavier bolts to stabilize the setup, but they are too large for the slots in these plates. Interestingly, the 1/4 inch bolts fit the original frame perfectly. They just won't work with the plates. The only bolts that seem to work are 5/16. I suspect I'll be replacing the ones that came with the plates in the near future, and will probably add some additional bolts for stabilization.

Finish is very nice. Size worked well for my application. The metal could be a little thicker but, so far, they're holding up OK. Overall, I'm pretty happy with these. I used one set of these to adapt an antique full size headboard to attach to a modern steel queen size bed frame and used a second set in conjunction with a pair of steel frame extenders to attache the footboard to that same frame. The extenders were necessary in my case because my bed frame was several inches shorter than the mattress and box spring.

This was not a good buy for me. They bend super easily. My husband banged into the footboard and the bracket bent. Crap !!

The item arrived WITHOUT INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS, just the 2 brackets and set of 8 bolts/washers/nuts, yet I got it assembled within 15 min using just the picture of the item on Amazon site illustrating how horizontal and vertical dots were conceived to work. Real simple and inexpensive solution

I was using the adapters on my daughters wooden poster bed.It took half a day to get it installed, and when I put the side slats in the slots (which took all kinds of wiggling to finally get it in)the bed was totally unstable, it flopped back and forth making it totally unusable. I had already painted them white, so I threw them in the trash!

I installed this my self! I saved money by turning my Papa's full size bed into a queen size bed. Save me a lot of money I didn't have to buy a new bed and I can keep my Papa's 4 poster bed to pass down to my Great Grand Children. That to me is priceless. I got this completed in an hour, with my bed remade, that is what I call a great deal and a good day.

This item was just what we needed to convert a double headboard and foot board to a queen frame. This is the product to buy if you need to do a change up either form double to queen or queen to double. I believe it would work either way.

My bedroom is too small to comfortably fit a queen size bed so I went with a double. I got the double bed frame and I just couldn't let go of my beautiful queen sized wrought iron headboard and now thanks to these attachment brackets my queen sized headboard now fits the double sized bed frame. All the screws were included so it was a breeze to put together. So far they seem very strong.
