Made My very first Lemon Cheesecake in these new spring forms. It came out beautifully! I highly recommend these spring form pans! Very easy to use. I didn't have to use foil around it either. Very easy to clean. Parchment paper was perfectly sized. I do have the paper pushed up in the pan so it makes it easier to clean and because we didn't let it cool overnight before we dove in to this Lemon Dream Cheesecake it came out easily. Highly recommend.

This baking set is decent. But the 10" one leaked a little bit of batter when baking. Not leaking a lot, but just a tiny bit. I noticed small remains of the baked cake on my tray from leakage. You might want to use baking paper to ensure no leakage.

I had been looking for pans so that I could make a layer cake. These are it. The pans are exactly what they are supposed to be. They are nice, quality and non-stick. So far, they seem perfect.

Great cake pans. Easy to clean. Easy to use. Nonstick and leakproof. Has removable bottom. Perfect for me! Recommendable.
