These are a very nice set of spring form pans. The sleeve for the bigger one is great, makes it so easy to protect from leaks, especially when cooking in a bain-marie. Nice even cooking for cheese cake. I do wish there was a sleeve for the smaller pan, but it is still great. I hate coated pans so it was nice to find a spring form that wasn't coated. The price is amazing for what you get. this would make a great gift for someone who loves to bake.

This set of stainless steel springform pans has a very nice quality. The two sizes, 7" and 9", give you options when baking. My recipe called for an 8" square pan so I used the 7" pan and it was perfect. It made my cake higher and the batter did not run over the pan edge. The spring latch works well and made removing the pan a snap. One of the best items is the silicone pan holder. Since this holder has handles, it makes transfer to and from the oven very easy. I put the baking pan in the dishwasher and it came out sparkling and as shiny as new. No discoloration to the stainless. I always use a baking spray so not sure if the cake would have come out of the pan as easily had I not used the spray. A bonus is the 50 pcs. of parchment paper to use as a bottom liner should you choose.

Decent pair of cheesecake pans. The quality is fine and they work as they should. I haven't had any leaking or other issues with them.

I’ve had a lot of springform pans over the years, usually about the same price range as these. These are decent quality pans. The stainless is very shiny and lightweight. I used them exclusively for cheesecakes. So far I’ve made 3 in the 9†and 6 in the 7â€. They worked out great. I loved that they came with liners for the 9â€, sad there was none for the 7â€. I used liners on the sides as well so for me, the cleaning was easy. I also hand cleaned these pans because most of my pans in the past have rusted, especially in the dishwasher. These claim to be dishwasher safe but I can’t attest. All these types of pans claim leak proof, I’ve rarely encountered one that was. However, these came with an awesome silicone cover which worked amazingly well. Again, sad there wasnt another cover for the 7â€, but the same cover does work for both. Love that I don’t have to wrap the pans anymore and save some aluminum foil. For just under $17 for the whole set, it’s a great economic choice.

This is one of those items that not every kitchen has - but it comes in quite handy when you do have it. This is a multiple-piece set that can be used as a non-stick Cheesecake Pan, as well as Springform Pan, for all those great desserts you wish to make. This set is well-made and as described. Recommend.
