I don't think my review counts... I am a guitarest and amature composer/performer.I bought this unit as a very low cost way to split the output of my guitar and route it into multiple effects boxes. This allows for some really awesomely thick sounds!I have no Idea how this box would work for it's intended purpose but after steampunking...it works great for mine and looks really cool on my pedal board :-)

I use this product for a listening station in First Grade, Listening to Reading. The headphones work great.

I was excited to purchase this for my classroom as up to 8 students could use it to listen to stories. It needs adapters to work with headphones, and the sound on it is very inconsistent. Two students at a time tried various positions on the box and none of them sounded great. I wouldn't recommend this product.

I liked that it didn't need external power, but it introduces a lot of noise. We tried to use it for a big road trip but the noise started to get to me. The individual volume controls are a must for something like this. It's consumer grade and i'm used to professional sounding equipment. If you have crappy headphones give this thing a try you probably won't notice the difference.

Works well, love the individual volume controls that NEVER go too high - no danger of deafening the little ones!
