These are great for beginners, especially for the price! I read reviews prior to purchasing and was scared. Im glad i went ahead and got them. So...The reviews that claim the ink was not coming threw at all or came out the side of the tube, the inks are a little tough to connect tho the nib. Youll feel a soft click, but thats not enough. Keep pressing till you get a hard click. Youll know what im saying when you do it right. If you feel thr click and there is still a clearing on the ink tube before the nib, push again. There will be no visible space between the nib and tube. Omce you get it properly connected, the ink flows immediately. No need to leave it set to begin running. If theres any hestitstion or doesnt seem to be fully flowing, dib the.nib in some rubbing alcohol. That will clean it up. The extra inks are awesome in value. The empty tubes...those are for refilling from ink wells. They are not for the prefilled ink tubes. If you dont have a. Ink well, dont worry about using those. I havent had a single incident of ill-functioning ink or attaching the ink.

I am on my way to be a surface designer and illustrator. I bought these pens to see what drawing and calligraphy would be like before buying a bunch of nibs and ink. They don't come with instructions but I was familiar with how they're supposed to work. 2 of the pens don't work. I have tried the cartridges, they're fine. I cleaned the nibs, they worked for a small moment in time but that was it. For $15 and all the ink, not a bad price at all but not a five star purchase.

Really happy with these ad a beginner to calligraphy. All the pens work well, they have a good feel to hold and plenty of ink cartridges. The ink isn't waterproof but that's fine for me as a beginner...

Scratch.. splutter.. there are calligraphy pens I’ve known… and then there are these ones. You get a complete range of nibs, colour ink cartridges AND a good supply of blue and black. The pens are extremely comfortable to hold (I suspect RH users only?) The ink flow is perfect. If you’re thinking of practicing your rusty skills, this set is for you. And if you’re a pro, I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised as well.

Dos de estos paquetes son en tonos azules, otro en negro y el otro de colores.Y dentro de cada pluma, viene un convertidor para coger directamente la tinta que venden en bote.Seguramente le de uso ahora porque tengo que hacer las felicitaciones navideñas y como ya he probado como son y se que la tinta se seca muy bien y no deja el papel emborronado, pues me a venir muy bien para mis dotes de caligrafÃa.🎃Gracias por leerme🎃

Ich habe mir das Set bestellt, um meine selbst gestalteten Aquarellkarten für den jeweiligen Anlass zu beschriften bzw mit den schmalen Federn auch den dazugehörigen Text zu schreiben.Das Produkt kam gut gesichert im stabiler Verpackung an und es hält, was es verspricht.Ich habe sowohl die Tintenpatronen als auch den Tintenkolben ausprobiert. Die Handhabung ist wie beschrieben und selbsterklärend.Man sollte keine Scheu haben, beim Einsetzen der Patronen ordentlich Druck auszuüben, damit sich die Patrone in die richtige Position schiebt. Es ist ein eindeutiges Knackgeräusch zu hören.Klare Kaufempfehlung nach dem ersten Ausprobieren.

Cheap plastic pens, well these are going to be crap! Hold on, for a little over $20 you get how much?Seven pens with different size nibs. Yeah they are cheap plastic, but still! They are comfortable to hold as the body has ergonomic angles. The nibs are basic, but the ink flows fine, and they write surprising well for cheap pens.On top of that you also get 20 blue ink cartridges, 10 black ink cartridges, and 10 assorted colour ink cartridges, and on top of that, each pen comes with a refillable ink cartridge so that you can use bottled ink (I use these in all of my ink pens and highly recommend them).I know that these pens probably won’t last as long as my more expensive metal pens, but for the price you get a lot of good stuff.If this was more expensive then I would probably avoid it, but at this price it is a bargain. Definitely a great set for anyone wanting to try their hand at calligraphy. If you decide you don’t like it, or the pens break, then you haven’t wasted a lot of money.
