I use this for overnight patients who need attention during the night. I can almost guarantee that you won't sleep through this!! I left it at one particular residents so that I wouldn't have bring it back and forth. All the aids use it and love it.Comes with portable receiver,(batteries included!) plug in wall receiver, and 2 call buttons with attachable lanyards. Simple design,super easy to use, and very effective.Side note: Not sure if I've ever seen anything packaged so efficiently. Very little waste.

The buttons are well made. I like that they are slightly recessed to prevent an accidental press. The bell on battery works consistently and the volume adjustment is great. The range is great for my needs. Using for my father in law who needs our assistance. I thank you for a product that helps him alert us the moment he needs assistance.

This works! I needed this urgently in a home caregiving situation and bottom line- it did the job, was easy to use and set up and put both myself and my relatives at ease. That was the most important thing.I do however still think it’s a little cheap and didn’t love everything about it. It’s just a cheap speaker so the sound quality and volume are pretty terrible. It is nice and loud if you’re worried about being able to hear it, but it’s also just ugly loud cheesy bell sounds which could be pretty jarring in the night, for example. It was also very rudimentary- you just click a button to continuously cycle through the sound and volume options, and there are a lot of options! So it was a loud unpleasant experience finally choosing which option to settle on. Not a dealbreaker because function was more important, but worth noting.

Very simple to set up….and the sounds are very loud…good thing it has volumes…I put the battery operated one in my sisters room on the other side of the house and the plug in one in my room which is next to our mothers room. she hit her button and both went off…great range and so simple for my mother to use one big button…my sister and I feel so much better we have this in our rooms! We both can sleep better now..

I have bought and returned a couple other of these devices because all the choices of sounds were more like melodys than alarms. This one has some real alarm sounding sounds which I needed for a really really sound sleeper and it is really loud, it says 110 decibels but it's as loud as the others I've tried that were 120 decibels. It did take a while to get all three units set on the same alarm sound but not complicated, I didn't even really read the instructions. I would highly recommend this.

This is a great product. It gives you a peace of mind that you can monitor your love ones with medical condition in a timely manner when they need help specially in case of emergency. It works great and the receivers is loud enough to hear the alarm when the help button is activated. Their customer service website is also outstanding as they responded to my request quickly but they sent me a replacement the next day as I was having trouble with one of the receivers. thank you CALLTOUMARCUS

Worked well for a week then the portable receiver, which is desperately needed for when i’m working around the house & yard, stopped working. It will light up but stopped ringing. Incredibly unfortunate because I had high hopes for this device for my bedridden mother who had a massive stroke that left her nonverbal and paralyzed. Currently looking for a more dependable device.
