The device and app work very well! Now my father can easily reach me should anything happens when I am not home.He has accidentally pressed it and did not know he did it because of his poor hearing even with hearing aids. Since then we agreed that he needs to press at least twice consecutively so that I know it is a true emergency.Highly recommend.

The unit works good. I wanted one that would have a loud alarm and also alert my phone in case I was out of earshot of the alarm. This fit the bill. Only complaint from my wife is that the alarm button is so large. She feels like she is wearing a game show buzzer. But it works and that's the most important thing.

Ordered this alert system for elderly parent to call me or my brother in the event of critical need for assistance. The attractive feature was the phone app and battery backup feature for power outages. The WiFi internet service was on a UPS with battery uptime for over 24 hours and capable of sending alerts during a power outage. The local system worked well.However, the two phone apps (Tuya and iSmart) failed miserably. Bluetooth is required to configure on WiFi. Both apps choices could not see the alert device when in pairing mode because the apps were reporting the Bluetooth was turned off when, in fact, the Bluetooth was turned on in the phone settings! I was running on an Android ver 13 device with Bluetooth ver 6.0. Tried on different phones same result. I returned the device because the phone app, a critical feature, simply was not configurable. Having a Masters of Science in IT, I suspect this was due to poor App programming. The alert device came from China.

This is a great product if you're a caretaker. It doesn't go over the network, so I am only alerted when I'm at a patient's house which is good in my particular situation. Great for live in elderly that have a caretaker around. Loud alarm.

I bought a new device, but was obviously used. It had multiple pagers connected with different configurations. I got it connected to Wi-Fi, but had to remove WPA2 from the SSID and then was able to get it connected. Testing has given very poor results. The call devices seem to go to sleep and sometimes alert in 1 click, sometimes 5 clicks. Works fine once it “wakes†up, but goes on standby within a minute or two. Distance is a few feet from the base when testing the pagers.*Update from 1 star to 4*I wanted to update the review. We were able to correct the delay. This device is seen as an alarm in the IOT software. What we found is that if the mode of the alarm is set to Home, this is what causes the delays. The device needs to be set to "Away". But this can change, so we created a schedule in the software to set the system to "Away" every few hours. This has helped the system and now there is no delay or having to constantly push the call buttons.
