Bought this for my mom after a hospital visit. Had two weeks and so far they have worked great.great idea for care givers to use so they can be elsewhere in the house and keep an ear on their person. Button easy for person to wear and press. It is a bit large, but the upside is it is easy to find when placed beside the person instead of the person wearing it. Sound is definitely easy to hear. Only problem is training my mom to use only when it is a real need and not just wanting me to change a channel :) I would highly recommend to others.

This is an amazing product. I had my elderly mom stay with me and this little device allowed me to be in other areas of the house knowing my mom could alert me if she needed something. Very easy and basic but a great product.

This is a very handy product. It saves my wife's voice as she no longer has to scream across the house to get my attention. She's not an invalid its just that we tend to work in different parts of our multistory house and if she needs me she just pushes the button. Works well and I appreciate the various chime selection.

A elderly family member has taken a tumble or two recentlys, and had difficulty attracting attention. I looked into the various alert services, but at this point we just needed a way to call for help from one part of the house to another. This CallToU system seemed to answer our need, at a total cost of less than $40. It arrived within a day, and was operational right out of the box. The receiver just plugs into a wall receptacle. The battery powered alert transmitter is carried by the patient. A press of the red alert button sends a signal to the receiver, which buzzes to attract attention. The alert sound and volume are adjustable. It's cheap, it's simple, and it works without complex linking to a phone or setting up an account. I chose the kit with two senders. The kit includes neck lanyards, double-sided sticky tape for securing the alert button to a hard surface, and.a screwdriver to use for replacing the batteries. If all you need is a way to call for help within the same house, this appears to be a simple, economical answer. If you need features such as 24/7 monitoring, speaker, fall detection, mobile receiver, or automatic calls to emergency services, look elsewhere.

I purchased 5 sets with the intent to have the buzzer (pager receiver) and the alert button (transmitter) in different places of the house in case an emergency happens. The pairing of the devices was really easy, the instructions were useful. I tested everything after setting the volume and the sound and everything worked as expected. Noting that these devices are for seniors (who many times have hearing problems), I suggest that for the next edition of the buzzers you place the speaker on the opposite side (away from the outlet), to avoid any obstruction of the sound. Also make it easier to open the button (for changing the batteries), as I found that somewhat difficult, but it maybe me. Overall it is a good product.

This device-[ receiver and call buttons]- is terrific!. My centenarian mother is never alone, but the caregiver and/or a family member are often in different areas of the home and cannot always hear her if she needs help or needs to be wheeled to the bathroom urgently. I had a nanny camera but if the caregiver was not looking at it or had the water running in the kitchen, she could not hear my mom's voice. I plugged the receiver into an outlet in the middle of the house. The sound is very loud and can be heard everywhere. There are array of musical and attention getting sounds. I initially purchased a receiver and two call buttons, thinking one for the bedroom and den would suffice. My bad. I forgot the bathroom,etc...I suggest you consider purchasing a receiver with an adequate number of call buttons for any room your parent or charge may be alone in. While the call button can be worn around the neck on the ribbon that comes with it, my mom did not want to do this, so we use velcro to attach it to her bed cradle and a side table adjacent to her recliner. So heads up...buy more, rather than less call buttons with your bundle. My mother no longer is anxious that she cannot get help. Really a great device.

The idea and the unit may be good for some but not for our need.Arrived on time and as described but not what we needed. We returned it.We did not need verbal communication. We needed something for inside the house.A whistle works for us.

My teenager lives upstairs and getting their attention usually ended up with us yelling at the top of our lungs. This product is great. Instead of her having the caller to get our attention, I have the button downstairs. A simple press and they come running. It is adjustable, but I enjoy the loudest setting. No more yelling and no more "I didn't hear you" excuses. Everyone wins!
