I don't usually write product reviews, mostly because I am too busy being a caregiver to my husband who has PSP (Progressive Supranuclear Palsy). But I just recently learned about this product from a caregiver support group. Now I feel the need to share this with other caregivers. I was skeptical, so I only purchased one call button and one receiver. It arrived yesterday, and so far it is FANTASTIC for our needs. My husband can no longer verbally communicate He can't call out for help), and he can't text a message quickly , so I could only leave his side for a few minutes at a time. I was constantly running up and down the stairs, or in and out of the house to check on him. This caregiver pager, gives me the freedom to move around the house and the outside property without worrying that he is in distress or needs something. This morning, I walked the perimeter of our property, and from every corner the alarm could be heard by those inside the house. Now I am sold, and plan to buy more buttons and receivers so I can strategically place them throughout our house. This single, large button, is very easy for my husband to press.Just a note that our Pager arrived without an English Instruction Manual, I contacted the company (CalltoU) and they immediately emailed the English Instructions. They are a pleasure to deal with. If you are a caregiver, who needs some peace of mind, I highly suggest you try this product. Good luck in your journey.

Customer service is excellent. They sent me a new unit long past the return window closed.It still didn't have the range I needed but it works better than similar products. I would definitely recommend trying this product.Original review:I had to return these because they did not have the advertised range.While setting them up in the house they were great, but weren't reliable at 15 feet or through the house wall.

This is a great product with different alert options, stays connected but it seems the batteries in the receivers go dead quickly.

Simple and easy to use. Used to get signaling from a patient when separated in the house.Great sound volume so not to miss the need for attention. Attach (pin) to a pillow with the brightribbon included to make it easy to locate. ( much better than any hand bell! )

This works amazing. We bought it for my 91 year old father. He can’t get up by himself, so if we are in another room, he can call us if he needs anything.

The original set I ordered was defective. The receiver stopped working. I tried replacing the batteries but it still didn't work. I contacted them and they helped me troubleshoot it but I told them that the receiver doesnt even turn on so they sent me a replacement set with additional buttons and receivers for my trouble. The replacement set has been great so far. I haven't tried the additional buttons and receivers yet because I have no need for them right now. They will make great backups!

I bought 2 units of this product, its a nice looking product, but just as they say looks can be deceiving... same with this product. This takes 3 AAA batteries and the batteries runout in a month, so far every month I have put in 3 new batteries.... its a battery guzzler. Also changing batteries is not convenient, have to remove the clip, unscrew to open the battery compartment. Even thought I bought 2 units I am only using one. I wish the mfg put some thoughts and come out with a better product
