I bought these lovely little rocks to make picture art. They are beautiful colors, enough variety,, and small enough to glue into a 5 x 5 frame. I would buy them again.

Small bag is perfect size and texture effect as a topping layer for my succulents. The natural neutral colors provide such a nice background palette to highlight the hues and textures of the plants. Nice!

This bag of pea gravel/pebbles is a great way to spruce up the look of your potted plants. In my case, it also helps give a faux snake plant just a little extra realness(!). I purchased a beautiful fake plant to intersperse with real plants on my deck, one that would look nice and green in winter too. It came in a beautiful white pot with some faux soil. While the leaves both look and feel real, anyone looking at the "soil" would instantly know the truth. Now, after adding the pebbles, it's incredibly difficult to tell that it's not real. I've added them to some live succulents as well. Needless to say, I am very pleased with the quality and appearance of this pea gravel.

Great if you just need a small quantity for potted plants, aquariums, or terrariums. Before you compare this pricing to the $4-5 bags at the home improvement stores, take a close look at what is in those bags. The "pea pebbles" I bought 10 years ago were similar to this, but the ones I bought a couple weeks ago (same product, same brand, same store) were something completely different and really pretty awful. Luckily where I was using them, it didn't matter much. Your local results/ products may vary, but if you don't need a large quantity, this small bag is not a bad way to go for a very nice product. I've taken on succulents and some Rose of Jericho plants this year, and I intend to use this gravel with them.
