I use this to make padding stick in place for reupholstery. It actually works.

It is a tack spray, however, for me it loses tack after each use. I've tried little spray, and a lot of spray and after one shirt on my press and I have to re-coat. For screen printing, it might be better to get a reusable tack pad.
