Electric Wax Melter for Candle Making
The first settings of firepower is about 300W, which can melt the whole pot of soy wax about 8 mintues, the high temp will be arrive to about 200°F.
The second setting of firepower is about 600W, which can melt the whole pot of soy wax about 5 mintues, the high temp will be arrive to about 260°F.
Different settings will have different speeds to melt wax, but it can not show accurate temperatures to you.
Candle Melting Pot has two level for you to choose, you can set "I" or "II" to start your candle making project, note the wax pot could not show you the temperature of the wax for you during candle making process, but you can control the switch (turn the knob) to control the temperature of the wax, please don't worry, just turn on and off the machine, keep stirring continuously, the wax melting pot would help you to control the temperature of the wax, that you can make a beautiful candle in the end!

This has been a great purchase. It is easy to use and melts both soap and wax easily and efficiently. The non-stick surface makes cleaning easy as well. Really have loved this product and would recommend.

This was a good buy, it’s worth it. It makes candle making easier for me. It makes pouring a breeze as well. It does a good job. It’s just the right size for what I use. It does get pretty hot and melts wax fairly quick.

She use to always melt her wax in a double boiler. And when I got her this she was like a kid in a candy store. This melts the wax fairly quick and is very easy to pour out. Saves her so much time and it’s the perfect size.

As someone who has been crafting candles and soap for over 20 years, I ordered 2 of these hoping that I could make production a little faster. The materials I use are beeswax, soy blends, and M&P soap.These pots worked okay for the soap and soy blends but were horrible for beeswax.The problem with using beeswax is, the plastic spout doesn't get hot at all which would allow the beeswax to melt properly so that I can wipe it off. So, because I craft with multiple different colors, I had to manually scrape off the spout with each change. There are a lot of crevasses where the spout is, so it took a LONG time to get all of the previous colors out of those areas.No, filling the pot with water and boiling it to clean the crevasses doesn't work for beeswax.Also, you MUST watch this pot when using, if not it WILL burn your wax - and if dealing with M&P soap, it WILL boil and overflow.Finally, for beeswax, it took over an hour for it to cool to 180 degrees which is considered a perfect temperature to pour so that I don't ruin my candle molds. When I found this out after my first use, I ended up pouring the melted wax into a metal vessel so that it could cool off much faster.Bottom line: Would I purchase this again?Answer: No

Great for melting wax. Has an easy to pour spout and heats wax quickly. There are two settings for heat to give more control and the inside is easy to clean. It's lightweight and compact, perfect for someone starting out candle making as a hobby. Highly recommended!
