This was my first experience with a bidet-toilet, and I have to say, I'm completely blown away. Installing the Canest Smart Bidet Toilet was easier than I expected, even though it's a bit heavy. Having everything included made the process smooth, and once it was up and running, I was amazed at how much it elevated my daily routine. The heated seat, with adjustable temperatures, is an absolute game changer, especially in the colder months. It is a nice toilet and it comes with many features. I had a small issue with the flushing but the company immediately resolved it and sent me the missing part right away. I like that it has a remote control and that the temperature can be adjusted. It works great!

I really wanted to like this toilet. On paper it sounds so nice. Heated seats, bidet…what’s not to like? Well let me tell you. We ordered our first toliet in November 2024 and then paid a plumber to professionally install it which cost several hundred dollars. Within two months the toliet was leaking. At first we thought it was the seal, the toilet was so expensive, there’s no way it could be broken. We had another plumber come out and paid several hundred dollars more to find out that the seal was fine, the pump was faulty and was causing water to spray out. I contacted Amazon and accepted a replacement unit which arrived in Jan of 2025. Again, we paid a professional plumber hundreds of dollars to install this model. Fast forward to Feb 2025 and the exact same issue has occurred with the second model, another faulty pump. All in all I have spent nearly 1000.00 on plumbing issues caused by not 1 but 2 faulty toilets with this company. They clearly have a pattern of poor construction. Avoid at all costs, use any other brand you can find.

Everything about the toilet is great. Easy install, great features, operation. Its a bit loud, but we've gotten used to it. It's not a deal breaker. Backstory: It arrived smashed to pieces. Easy process to have a new one shipped quickly to my home. After I installed it, it was randomly flushing and making noises. I emailed customer service at midnight. Got a response from a real person immediately. They asked me to show receipt, barcode on toilet and a short film of its malfunction. ..all easy. Emailed that info back to customer service at 2am. By 6am I got an email saying that a new seat is already in its way too my home. You can't beat that for customer service!

Update: Distributor eventually answered my call and knew what the issue was. They sent me a new toilet, we repaired it and the toilet works like new again. I am happy with how fast they shipped the replacement and most happy that I get to enjoy this awesome toilet, again.I’ve had and enjoyed this toilet for 10 months. I returned from out of town and the toilet did not work. I reached out to the manufacturer more than once and have not received a call back. I had a plumber come out, he said it’s likely a manufacturing issue. I was about to purchase another one for my other bathroom. However with this issue I will not be ordering more from this brand.

UPDATE: I contacted the company, left a message and my call was shortly returned. A very helpful and efficient representative arranged to have the pump shipped from China and FedExed to me. Long story short, FedEx delivered the pump the day BEFORE it was scheduled to be delivered. I’m now re-bonding with my magnificent toilet thanks to the courtesy, understanding of “the s*ituation†and expeditious attention given by the manufacturer. I’m in love with my Canest toilet/bidet.The pump mechanism is cracked/broken which caused major leakage to my basement. I’ve tried several ways to contact the manufacturer, to no avail. I would like a replacement pump. Amazon, manufacturer, please HELP!

I bought this as a gift for myself and am absolutely delighted with the product and the experience with Canest Home. Had a minor issue after installing the toilet with the automatic flushing system flushing randomly with no one near it. I received prompt, courteous and thorough feedback from the customer service team. Communication was excellent, and they sent a replacement part and a clear instructional video for installation of the new part. Everything works perfectly now and I couldn’t be happier. Excellent product, fantastic service and a very happy bathroom experience. 😠Highly recommend this company and this smart toilet.

Lorsque j'ai acheté cette toilette il y avait un problème avec la chasse d'eau, elle partait continuellement. J'ai écrit à la compagnie afin de régler le problème et il m'ont envoyé un nouveau siège bidet qui fonctionne à merveille maintenant. Je ne regrette pas du tout mon achat. Le confort de la toilette est parfait avec toute ces commodités. Je recommande!!
