I mean, it's a ball on a tether and the pole itself isn't included. The ball itself inflates nice and isn't too painful to use but the issue is ultimately is it doesn't come with a pole for you to well.. TETHER to, so thus you're stuck searching around and then the ball becomes less focus than the pole you found to hit it around with.Short answer is the ball is great, the nylon holds it well but finding something to properly support it comes into play. Keep that in mind that this does NOT come with the pole, so if you can't get access to one you won't really be able to use this to it's full potential.
