Way too tight. Cheap knockoffs of 'Muscle Clamps'- which I expected because of the cost. But these require an extremely forceful push to get these on your bar. Tried them on 2 different bars. I had used 'Muscle Clamps' at my gym for several years and loved them. To use the real 'Muscle Clamps,' they only require a fast slide on the bar and flip the lever- one handed. Oh well I took a shot at the cheap price and lost. Returned to Amazon.

They are pretty snug to fit on a 2†bar so I’ve just ended up using something else. You have to wiggle it off and on the entire way.
